Reservations: A non-refundable reservation deposit of $100 is required to hold your booking. Payments: All rental charges must be paid in advance by credit card or cash with proper identification. Cancellations: When cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to departure date, reservation deposits are applicable to future rental within the next 6 months. Insurance: Insurance Binder/Rider from your own vehicle. Insurance policy with "full coverage" is required. Security/Cleaning Deposit: A minimum security deposit of $1000 is required on all motorhomes prior to departure. Deposits are payable at departure by credit card ONLY. Personal checks, cash and ATM cards are NOT accepted. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the motorhome in the same condition as received (full tank of gas, propane, no damage and interior clean throughout), excluding normal wear. Minimum Rental, Early Returns: Three (3) days minimum rental required and four (4) during holidays, unless stated otherwise at the time of reservation. For safety concerns same day rentals are not provided. Check Out Time: Check out is between the hours of 2pm to 4pm the day prior. Other arrangements can be made by appointment only! Check In Time: Check in is by 11am the day following the last rental day. Late Fees: Motorhomes returned after 11:00 am are subject to a late return fee of $50 plus the daily rental rate. Rental Day: The Rental Day is based on number of nights the motorhome is used. Each night constitutes a rental day. Rental charges are based on rates in effect on pick-up day. Driver Requirements: Qualified drivers 25 years of age or older possessing a valid and identifiable driver's license. A major credit card and references, employment, or a foreign passport are required as identification prior to rental and will be verified. All drivers must be listed on and sign the Rental Agreement and will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement at vehicle pickup. Class "A" License : A Class "A" drivers license is required, if the motorhome or the combined motorhome and towed unit (e.g. boat or motorcycle trailer) is 40 feet or greater. Substitutions: We will make every effort to provide the customer with the model requested. We reserve the right to substitute models of equal or larger size and/or sleeping capacity at no additional charge. Should a model of lower grade be offered and accepted, liability will be limited to the refund of the price differential between model paid for and model taken. Parking/Traffic Violations: Customers are responsible for the reporting and payment of all parking/traffic violations at the end of the rental period. Non-reporting of parking/traffic violations breaches the Rental Contract and may result in an administrative charges in addition to any fines. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Smoking: Smoking within the motorhome is not allowed. General Conditions: Rental prices, policies and conditions are subject to change without notice. Rentals are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Contract, a copy of which is available at the offices of RV Family Adventures. Mexico Travel : Travel to Mexico is not allowed
